Michel Arsenault
Mr. Arsenault completed a three year engineering diploma from Université de Moncton in NB and later graduated from SAIT College in Calgary with a Communications & Science diploma in Film and Video studies. Michel was the first student to earn his Canadian Society of Cinematographers membership (CSC) in 1997 during his studies at SAIT College. He also started working for the adventure sports television series “Ride Guide” with snowboarding video content on TSN prior to graduation day. The Ride Guide snowboard and mountain bike television series reached national and international status with television syndications on TSN, OLN Canada, OLN USA and the Extreme channel in Europe.
After 54 Episodes with the Ride Guide Productions; Michel Arsenault decided to pursue his own direction in extreme sports television as a Producer and Director. The first video production company was registered in November 2001 for a snowmobile television series that would focus on big mountain powder riding in Western Canada and Canadian Music.
The first pilot show was called Sled Trails TV.
The Sled Trails TV extreme sports series reached its expectations in 2005 by signing three national television deals. Quebecor Media Inc aired the first four episodes on Toronto1 for 12 consecutive weeks on national digital cable and satellite providers. The second & third deal secured our national status by signing a two year contract with Global TV and their specialty channel Xtreme Sports followed by CTV signing a broadcast deal for 13 consecutive weeks on their adventure sports channel The Outdoor Life Network (OLN Canada).
Today, Michel Arsenault continues his ventures in television, film, corporate communications, online advertisement, music videos, and extreme sports; in addition, Mr. Arsenault is now working with international talent agencies to help build brand recognition for clients with top celebrities, pro-athletes, and award winning musicians.
